How Americans refuse to view their own ignorance and arrogance.
Today, on Smercomish, Michael talked about America’s imperative to get the American budget under control, something I think sound’s entirely rational and logical.
I mean 36 Trillion is debt is something special, right?
To make that more likely to occur, Americans gave the power of the purse to a narcissistic, arrogant, racist fascist, whose role is to cut the Federal Budget indiscriminately in order to supposedly ‘fix’ America’s budgetary woes.
So, what does Musk do?
He cuts foreign aid to poor nations, eroding soft power.
He fires civil servants, who look after safety and security for America, as well as seeks retribution against those looking for ‘abuses of power’ and that of the public purse, by plutocrats, like himself.
He guts programs designed to improve diversity, equity and inclusivity, so that racist white men feel less threatened.
DOGE, — short for Dictators, Oligarchs, Grifters Enterprise is now looking at individual tax records of Americans to determine who pays what in taxes and why. Seeing as Plutocrats don’t like people taking away anything that might minimize the theft by themselves and the 1%, DOGE will get busy hammering the poor. It will ensure that Muskrat himself is provided contracts that flow to SpaceX, and his own enterprises, at the expense of the public purse,
Muskrat and DOGE now have access to payments for social security, Medicare, Medicaid and National Defense. Any guess as to where the cuts will come? Well let me venture a guess, Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security will be gutted to the maximum extent possible.
Let’s face it, — the 1% are enriched by the National Defence budget.
Why not invade democratic countries and steal their assets once you’ve convinced the ignorant, uneducated and self-interested MAGA minions that you have just cause, — like “It’s in our strategic interest to annex Canada, and buy Greenland.”
There’s just one small issue. It’s illegal, it’s irrational, and it will cause the very war that America supposedly espouses they don’t want, even though the Defence Department spends a Trillion dollars a year, and Trump wants to expand that to 2 Trillion dollars.
Besides, those Canadians can’t defend themselves, so all the easier to steal whatever we want, right?
I mean, “they have stuff we want — so let’s go steal it!”
America is now a dictator’s playground for the 1%, the oligarchs and the criminally minded. It will enable America to target, steal and create a story (because everyone loves a good alternative facts story) that portends and pretends America is helping democracies around the world to remain safe, whilst it creates the very Kleptocracy and Theocracy we all fear.
So let me be succinct Mr. Muskrat, and inform your illustrious glowing Mango-Breathed leader and sociopathic followers.
Canadians don’t want to be part of Kleptoland. We actually believe in Democracy, its institutions, laws, and the rights of the people. We don’t lie to our citizens with every breath we take, and we are actually concerned about the lives of our citizens and that they thrive. Equality means something in Canada, as does multiculturalism, freedom and equity.
We don’t control the media that Canadians ingest, even when right-winged neo-nazi terrorists attempt to damage democracy in this country with their incessant lies and retweets of Mango-mouths lies.
Like Smith Barney, Canada earns the trust of its citizens, and other nations, and does not enforce compliance through threats of deportation, loss of employment, or through the creation of fear, hatred and scapegoating.
No, — that’s America’s purview, America’s only truth. And that’s America’s expertise. Using other nations in a zero-sum “game” where threats and where actions that do damage to other countries is seen as a winning strategy for forced occupation.
A country that prides itself on having been at war for more than 93% of its existence.
Manipulation, endangerment, threats, coercion, and direct attacks.
Good on yah America. Why wouldn’t anyone want to join America?
All we have to do is give up our freedom, our intelligent discourse, stop paying attention to those who want to steal you blind, — become uneducated, ignorant and arrogant. And if that doesn’t work maybe become extinct, okay?
America, as the preeminent military power on earth, can crush you whenever we get fed up of your resistance.
Good plan, eh America?
But, bear with me for a moment and let me say one last thing, that might have a tiny influence on that decision. Know this,
Canadians will become your worst nightmare. Like Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq, we will resist. And it won’t last for months or years, — but for generations.
You see hatred does that. And let’s face it. With America’s vast experience going around the globe imposing its ‘justice’ on the world. Well, it’s Guaranteed.
