The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) under article 92 mandates that service members obey lawful orders, including those prohibiting war crimes, and failure can lead to court martial.
Anyone who carries out Trump’s orders to bomb bridges, desalination plants, the electrical transmission system, generating stations, sewage systems, water pumping and distribution systems or any such system that is necessary for citizens to live, is a war crime and should be charged with such offences as clearly defined by military law.
There is no excuse, no rational, no reason, logic or protection from prosecution.
These acts are known to be illegal and criminal in intent and nature.
