Welcome to Photomotoman. If you have an interest in Photography, Videography or Motorcycling, you’ll find kindred spirits here. The pages that follow will be broken into components that include stories, galleries for photographs, videos and that represent a variety of subjects. Among them will be reviews, discussions and opinions on the issue of the day, within the context of our themes, which are photography, videography and motorcycling, in particular sport touring travel.
At the bottom of each section, there will be a place for commentary and input. Please afford yourself the opportunity to let me know, both who you are, and what you think. People are diverse, interesting, intelligent, articulate, challenging, supportive and often eclectic. Let your personality come to the fore in both your discussions and your visual offerings. Life is meant to be lived, experienced and savoured, so don’t be afraid to take part.
The Key Consideration
First, be kind. Disparaging remarks and insults will not be tolerated. Being opinionated is fine, but target the subject, not the person. In regards to language, be yourself. Colloquialisms are fine. As this site is intended for adults, I assume the odd bit of profanity that assists in providing clarity in relation to a subject will not be deemed overtly offensive by most of us. However, profanity laced rants or tirades are not welcome. This should go without saying.
We all want to feel safe in this space. It is meant to be a place where you pick up a cup of coffee, find a quiet corner of a coffee shop, your study, office or favourite chair, and relax. That’s the kind of space I love, and want for you.
