Canada has decided to seek new enemies. This week America, once again, extended its hand of friendship, offering to take half of Canada’s assets for future considerations.
Canada thinks it can likely broker a better deal with Russia, who have shown interest in only taking 40% of Canada’s assets for a whole bunch of shares in Russia’s newest kleptocurrency.
Canada is still considering the offer, but first has to talk to China. China may well be willing to provide Canada with 25% of Taiwans assets, as it is close to brokering a deal with the U.S.
Meanwhile, Canada is considering joining Ukraine, as the future looks brighter, only having to fight an existential war.
