NATO needs to reach a determination today in relation to the War in Ukraine. It is essential that NATO now stands up to Putin and sends troops into Ukraine. America has suggested they will pull out of NATO.
Please fucking DO.
The world does not need a second sociopath in the United States, telling the world how it should respond in Ukraine. Russia attacked Ukraine. Russia should be held accountable. Yet an American President sides with the aggressor and dictator? When did America become communist and support dictators and Russian oligarchs?
America has no place ‘brokering’ a deal where it intends on stealing resources and extorting an agreement with threats. This is not leadership? This is not how Democracies act, especially one that considers itself a world leader. Is it a world leader? Not based on what we see it doing today. America is a rogue republic, working with criminals and criminal interests to enrich itself and threaten its neighbours.
America should get out of Europe. You are not a world leader, you are a threat to democracy and the ruler of law. It’s time for America to go.
It’s time for the rest of NATO to ignore both Putin and Putin II in America, and ask America to get out of Europe. Thanks very much. Europe must act if it wants to save Ukraine. First it must either send troops and equipment into Ukraine and stand beside them on the battlefield or Ukraine will not survive.
And if Ukraine falls, no country in Europe will be safe. Poland, the Baltic States of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, Moldova and Germany itself will not be safe. Right now it requires Europe to stand for the rule of law and democracy, ignoring the United States and sending European soldiers, airmen and sailors to defend Ukraine.
Canada’s Militarization
As for Canada, act to support Ukraine and NATO now. Increase military spending to 2.5% immediately and send Canadian troops to Lithuania along with a squadron of CAF’s F-18’s to a base in Lithuania.
Procure the new weapons systems already planned, cancel the F35 contract with the U.S. and buy twice as many Saab Gripen E’s from Sweden, now.
Buy 16 AIP under ice submarines from Japan, and bring back conscription. There is no doubt that Canada needs to double its military forces in light of having psychopaths both North and South of this country.
