This isn’t another rant. It’s simply a factual observation, that America should be aware of. We live next door to you. Usually, pretty innocuously. But when America goes around damaging other countries in the charade of Making America Great Again, I simply find it impossible to ignore.
Maybe you’re genuinely unaware that the rest of the world thinks America is a self-righteous, and now evil place. Your leaders take pride in the fact that they can either steal, coerce or threaten other nations at will. Is another zero in the bank accounts of the 1% so important that you will attempt to destroy other nations?
Take Ukraine for example, and I don’t mean that literally, although apparently you’re going to try.
I honestly can’t believe how sick America has become. Extortion wasn’t enough for you, so you had to threaten Ukraine again today with cutting off their intelligence and shutting down their military communications using StarLink.
What is it about a free and democratic Ukraine that bothers you so much? Is it the fact that America is no longer a democracy? You seem to want to cause the collapse of nations fighting for their lives. Haven’t they paid a big enough price for having the temerity to seek protection from Russia?
Russia was bad enough. We knew they were run by a sociopathic mass murderer, but having to fight for their lives while being attacked by their supposed ally?
It’s contemptible, cowardly and sickening.
I, as a Canadian, now virtually hate America. I make no bones about it. I wasn’t raised to be evil. I became an atheist watching Christians kill others all over this world. It was and is obvious how odious and insulting Christianity is. Do unto others before they do unto you, irrespective of whether they ever had any intent. That’s America.
If there is anything I can possibly do to negatively affect America in the future, I’ll try it. America is a hateful, pathological liar’s paradise. Listening to Trump relish the fact that he can damage or hurt other nations willfully and with malice, is hard to even conceive of, never mind watch.
And so I won’t.
We’ll survive, and thrive given distance from America.
We will never be American or respect America.
You’ve destroyed that, forever.
Most of us want a closed border in the future. I mean one where Americans can’t even enter.
It’s probably best anyway, as I don’t think anyone would be able to protect you.
Maybe take your holiday in Detroit, or Cleveland. They’re great places I hear.
Or go to Mexico. Oh wait, they don’t want you either.
How about Europe or the U.K.?
Nope, same problem.
Well, there’s always South Africa. You can blend in with the carnivores and sharks.
Anyway, be sure to not come to Canada. It isn’t safe. We’re filled with immigrants and fentanyl apparently, so you just never know what could happen.
Adios America. International Travel is going to be a figment of your imagination I’m afraid.
Well, there’s always Mar a lago. Who wouldn’t want to spend their holiday in a racist, misogynist’s wet dream.
