No one trusts or believes in Polievre. He has had his head so up up Trump’s butt, that all he can hear is rumblings of discontent, mostly from the bowels of Trump himself.
Polievre threw in his lot with Trump, thinking a populist wave of right-wing sentiment would take him to the holy grail of election victory.
He forgot that Canadians require politicians with backbone, with courage, with ability and those that illustrate competence and intelligence.
Polievre has shown nothing of the kind.
He has embraced the far right in Canada and bowed down at the alter of populism.
Well Pierre, we don’t like populists, especially those that side with sociopaths, criminals and kleptocrats.
Maybe, as a professional politician who hasn’t done a real day’s work in his lifetime, you could quit and join the Canadian Armed Forces. They could teach you a thing or two, like honour, truth, trust and service.
Otherwise, feel free to move to the states.
You won’t be missed.
