Does Trump Have Dementia?

I am being totally serious. No hyperbole, no humour, no sarcasm.

Dementia is a broad term describing a decline in mental abilities, severe enough to interfere with daily life. It’s caused by damage to or loss of brain cells, leading to a variety of symptoms. These symptoms can include memory loss, difficulty with language, reasoning, and problem-solving, as well as changes in mood ad behaviour.

Symptoms of Dementia:

Memory Loss: Difficulty recalling recent events or learned information.

Language Difficulties: Problems finding the right words, understanding what others say or following conversations.

Cognitive Impairment: Challenges with thinking, problem-solving, planning and decision-making.

Executive Function Issues: Problems with tasks requiring organization, planning or multitasking.

Behavioural Changes: Irritability, agitation, anxiety, depression or apathy.

Personality Changes: A person may become more withdrawn, exhibit less empathy, or show changes in their general behaviour.

Visual and Spatial Problems: Difficulty with depth perception, navigation, or recognizing objects.

Physical Symptoms: Changes in balance, coordination, gait or sleep patterns.

If you look carefully at each of the symptoms of dementia, it’s clear that Trump exhibits all eight of the symptoms. But what is more problematic is how his sycophants and administration will go to great lengths to explain away his symptoms.

Some would say that Trump’s lies, in essence, hide the fact that his memory loss, cognitive impairment, behavioural changes and physical symptoms are not simply his temperament, but underlie his actual dementia.

As to what particular form of dementia Trump suffers from, is difficult to say, as Trump exhibits symptoms across the various types of dementia.

Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, Lewy Body, Frontotemporal dementia? Yes. All of them, at times are clearly evident. His strange posture and balance issues, his instant anger and confusion, his lack of reasoning, constantly making decisions, only to backtrack hours or days later while asserting that his choice was not made with complete information.

Either Trump is incompetent, mentally incompetent, or he has the most incompetent administration in history.

It’s Time for a Requisite Psychological Assessment

If it were anyone else but Trump, a complete psychological assessment would have been mandated years ago. The problem is that his minions are so mentally incompetent, that they assume his incompetence simply reflects their own.

America is faced with dealing with a criminal kleptocracy headed by a mentally incompetent dementia ridden pathological liar.

It’s time that Trump was forced to have a mental competency assessment, before he decides to push that Big Red Button, because as he says, “Why do we have them, if we can’t use them.”

Dangerous, incompetent and mentally damaged.

That is Donald J. Trump, in a nutshell. No pun intended.
