And What Will America have Gained by It’s Threats and Extortion?
On January 10, the Economist in their latest weekly publication released an article entitled;
“Briefing: Venezuela and the Donroe doctrine” The Economist, January, 10th, 2026
In the article one paragraph stood out.
“Venezuelans have long dreamed of the moment when Mr, Maduro, president since 2013, would finally leave the country he has done so much to impoverish. He presided, after all, over a repressive kleptocracy held in place by arbitrary arrest, torture and extra-judicial killing. Under his watch GDP contracted by a horrifying 70%. Oil production, the mainstay of the economy, fell almost as far. Fully a quarter of the population had left the country in despair, in search of a better life elsewhere.”
What struck me as though I had been physically hit in the face, was how I felt this paragraph might effectively characterize America by the time Trump either dies, is killed, or dragged out of the White House, feet first.
More than half of America hopes fervently, for Trump to drop dead, and due to the horror that his ‘repressive kleptocracy’ has become, to face arrest and prosecution.
And while U.S. GDP is right now doing ‘fine’, what may well be coming when the world’s democracies finally decide, ‘they’ve all had enough of Project 2025’, is utter chaos in America. America’s virtually unlimited hubris and arrogance about American Hemispheric hegemony, could cause those Americans who believe in an America that believes in the rule of law, democracy, international order and a future that is promising, not horrifying, to revolt and the economy to collapse.
America and Americans thrive on greed.
Sorry, but it’s absolutely true.
There is something deeply wrong with the American psyche.
Enriching themselves, not just the very rich, but regular everyday meat and potato ‘joes’ is an overriding obsession. Acquisition, by any means, is of overarching importance.
Not kindness, not empathy, not acceptance. Instead, America’s leadership feeds the public an unending stream of lies, hate, scapegoating and a call for retribution. It also sends an unending litany of ‘we must have more, we must’.
And the way to get more, is by stealing it, which the government says, “Is Okay Joe”.
“You have the right to more, and the means to more is to use force in order to steal what we want.”
If Americans accept this, then, they will accept anything.
At this point, don’t get offended or angry. The only reason that is your first reaction, is it’s true.
Better to let America become an international pariah. A hegemonic one, too powerful to be stood up to, than to accept what you already have, right?
But the motive is not just a lie, – it’s illegal. It’s criminal.
So, so much for Honour, Truth, Trust, and for Ethics and Morality.
That ship sailed long ago, the first time Americans voted for a pathological liar, thief, rapist, xenophobic coward and racist.
Have no illusions. Americans turned their back on everything that Americans supposedly believe in.
Nothing but lies, all lies.
Americans have turned a blind eye to the leader of their country’s pathological lies and xenophobia. so profoundly, so utterly, that it actually controls immigration policy, health, and access to social assistance. Even access to higher education, to jobs and to home ownership is controlled by the rampant racism of white men who live in the U.S.
And the poorer the state and its good old white boys are, the more racist its people are.
America hasn’t evolved, it’s devolved.
I expect that some will start dragging their knuckles soon, discard their guns and carry clubs.
Of course, I’m kidding here…American’s will never, ever give up their guns.
US government extortion, perversion, the raping of children by their own President, even the loss of the rule of law and the institution of the presidency and a White House run by incompetents and evil fools is now, — Real America.
But we can’t stop there can we? We’ve stolen everything of value inside America, lets face it. The .01% of Americans, the sickeningly rich who own 70%of the wealth in the U.S., and the top 1% who actually now own 90%, want more. They, the morbidly rich plutocrats and kleptocrats, who actually from this administration, now believe that they can convince the poorest Americans, mostly those who join the lowest ranks of the U.S. military because they lack education or opportunity, that it’s a national imperative to go forth and attack other sovereign nations.
But, Qui Bono?
You should ask yourself, every time El Douchbag asks Americans to give more, of anything. Taxes, loyalty, productivity, trust, — are all a ruse to enrich his highness.
Of course if trump and his cadre of clowns can extort other nations or force them to bend the knee under threat of occupation or destruction, so much the better. And that includes the economic extortion of former, yes very much so ‘former’ allies of the United States.
However the price that Americans will pay in the future, just a few short years from now will destroy what’s left of America.
And you know what?
By then, the world won’t give a fuck about America, or Americans, at all.
The Near Future
If America invades Greenland or leaves NATO (which believe it or not is not leverage for America), then it will free the EU and motivate the world’s democracies to create a single new trading alliance and free trade zone that the United States will be banned from. It will immediately end any trade or commerce including the employment of the U.S. dollar as the world’s former reserve currency.
All American debt, held by other western nations will be dumped, — that’s 8.8 trillion in debt, added to the 42 trillion your government will have put on your shoulders and that of your children just by the end of next year!
The US GDP to debt ration is now 135% of GDP. By the end of 2028, were the world to finally decide it’s had enough, and drops US treasury debt, that figure will be 160% of GDP.
At what point a unrecoverable crisis will occur is unknown, there are simply too many factors in effect for prediction.
However if debt continues to aggregate at its current rate, and debt by foreign governments is dumped, all 9.1 billion estimated U.S. dollars of it, then the U.S. will be testing fiscal rationality at around 160% as the GDP to debt ratio.
But all bets are off if America becomes embroiled in a major foreign war. It is highly likely that a major contraction in U.S. GDP would occur.
That act alone will be, well, —- disastrous for not just the U.S., but for global commerce.
But nature abhors a vacuum, so…it will get infinitely worse.
China will fill the void.
And, in the U.S., the dollar will tank. The stock market will crash. Banks will fail, Mortgages will dry up, and housing prices will collapse, — furthering more runs on banks and more collapses that will roll like waves across both the economy and financial institutions and their instruments.
Bankruptcies will literally skyrocket. Businesses will fail, industries will also fail, or flee the U.S.
A complete collapse will the follow as investors run for the borders.
No, you say?
That’s not what America’s financial leaders are saying. They too know it’s not only possible, but probable, and they, like China, and just last week Japan, are beginning to dump U.S. treasuries.
The Game of Chicken
Trump is not known for ‘his’ strength.
His strength….lol.
A coward who refused to serve his country, five times, and steals from his people, is America’s symbol of strength?
Maybe in America tomorrow.
Yeah, just maybe.
Meanwhile. , TACO has become the appellation best applied to Donald ‘Taco Stand” Trump.
The U.S. military, and its leaders, should follow the rule of law and international law, but they don’t or won’t, which essentially means that the U.S. is now nothing more than an autocracy run by a Fascist President, now possibly suffering from syphilitic dementia, intent on attacking his neighbours in order to steal their resources and enrich himself and his plutocratic friends in the process.
It’s all he knows.
Because, it’s all he’s done his entire life.
But soon, very soon, the worm will turn.
Once Americans feel hopelessly stressed, impoverished (as they see it) and move away from America and Project 2025, psychologically. Once they don’t trust America, and fear their own country and its actions, maybe America, then will begin to awaken and band together in resistance, not protest, resistance, as NATO has now stated it will do if the U.S. actually attacks Greenland.
When that happens, everything that U.S. citizens thought was normal, will become virtually non-existent. Every foreign commodity, every contracted product, such as oil, gas, aluminum, actual electricity in the northern and mid-western states and the eastern seaboard, will cease to arrive.
Other than gas prices immediately doubling, and rolling blackouts occurring, everything will roll along for a month or so, and then the shit will hit the fan when the essentials of life as Americans see it, will either become so expensive that 90% can’t afford them, or they simply won’t exist inside the U.S.
And does anyone think that the inscrutable Chinese will sit around playing “Go” in response?
China will obviously jump on the bandwagon, and take the opportunity, while the U.S. military is ‘busy’ illegally terrorizing its neighbours, to take Taiwan and to seize American overseas territories that America seized in the last Imperialistic foray by America in the Pacific, – back at the turn of the 19th century.
Isn’t history fun?
NATO will be busy defending against Russia, which will attack the Baltic States or a massive push against Ukraine, and the New NATO, without America, will defend democracy.
Likely, if America’s military has not left democratic states around the world where it had military installations, NATO forces will surround and embargo those US bases in Europe until they do leave.
But the best is yet to come.
In America, the resistance will transform. It will become the Achilles heel of the administration, as Americans, hostile to a fault that they are losing their jobs, their homes, their country and their future, will turn on their oppressors, — yes, oppressors.
Then the larger half of Americans, no longer democrats or republicans but simply horrendously angry Americans, will decide to depose the Fascist King in Washington and put all of them on trial for treason.
The American military, bound by the Constitution that some Americans actually believe in, will stand aside.
If resistance becomes deadly in the streets, it’s likely that a Civil War will then ensue.
No?
I have no doubt.
Just as the French revolted, and the Chinese more recently, or the Iranians in the present moment (who of course are being subversively attacked by the U.S. to ensure Iranians depose Khomeini), so will Americans depose their dictator. It’s only a matter of time.
History doesn’t repeat itself but it does echo through time, and right now, those echoes are being amplified, and they are bouncing off America like a giant rubber ball.
However, whatever comes of America, the rest of the world will never again trust it for what it caused, what is was entirely responsible for. No nations will join it, or trade with it again.
The isolation and protectionist aims of America will have been realized.
America will then be, entirely alone.
The Game Of Chicken, the zero-sum game of winner take all, will mean that the loser, the American people, will for generations be lesser in terms of acquisition, wealth and their future.
No more hubris, no more arrogance.
Just sadness and anger at those who led America there.
All of this, never needed to happen.
But Americans apparently love their greed more than anything else in their world.
So we’ll just have to see.
Meanwhile, foreign nations and their citizens will form new alliances and rapidly improve and expand their military capabilities.
We will be ready.
We’re watching what America is capable of… right now.
