Howard Lutnick Is The Epitome of Hubris, Arrogance and Ignorance

The current U.S. Administration has the temerity, the pure gall to question Canada’s decisions in relation to trade.

Howard Lutnick is incensed that Canada chooses to deal with China, yet Lutnick supported lies purported by Trump in relation to the rationale for imposing tariffs in the first place.

He recently stated that “Mark Carney has a problem with us.”

Yes we do. We don’t like pathological liars, thieves and bully’s.

Canadians build relationships on the basis of trust, not zero-sum games that extort others.

Why should that surprise you Mr. Lutnick?

You may enjoy the company of Jeffrey Epstein, but to Canadians, he was simply a child rapist. A sociopath that any real man would have eschewed instantly.

Not you Mr. Lutnick. You ingratiated yourself to him.

Lutnick’s associations and his business dealings have been questionable for a very long time. His association with Jeffrey Epstein, was but one clear example of the man’s lack of ethics and morality. And his support for an American agenda that is both illegal and unethical should speak volumes as to the character of the man.

His move to support the extorting of other countries in order to enrich both the administration, Trump’s family and his own personal interests is not to be ignored.

Like his mentor and benefactor, Lutnick’s statements in relation to Canada, illustrate how America ‘sees’ Canada, as though it is a wholly owned subsidiary of America.

Well, sorry Howard. WE, Canadians, don’t give a damn if you don’t like us deciding our own fate, our own interests and our own futures. One would think that with all of the asinine actions taken by the U.S. in the last 15 months, you might want to keep your arrogance and ignorance in check.

We don’t give a damn if it upsets you that Canada is trading with China. So are you, so get off your high horse, and be careful you don’t trip and fall on your scummy neck.

Canada Will Do What is Best For Canada and Canadians

Just because Mark Carney is without doubt much more intelligent, educated and honest Howard, should obviate how your irrational rants clearly illustrate your envy for a man who is always several steps ahead of you.

Threats aren’t great choices for geopolitical influence. It may work in relation to your business dealings, where arrogance and ignorance form the bulk of your business strategy, but in relation to intergovernmental affairs and foreign affairs trust, truth, loyalty and actions based on collaboration, not conflict carry a lot more weight.

We, as Canadians can see right through you Howard. You are not a man of substance, but rather a cheap huckster who will say anything, and do anything in order to impress your zero-sum Lord of the Steal.

So, will Canada trade with China? Of course it will. We prefer what they are selling in relation to EV’s, and we trust their technological and business acumen a great deal more than we trust America.

They are strategic and tactical in their thinking and look to the long term in business relationships and the building of trust.

America, is purely transactional, and you’re only interest is in the short-term, taking advantage, threatening and if that ‘strategy’ fails, employing lies in order to ‘force’ actions that are unscrupulous and self-serving.

You are not partners. You are pathological liars whose intent is on maximizing profit and sucker punching your once supposed friends, allies and partners in order to profit at the expense of the other party.

So, simply put, we don’t trust you Howard. You’re an unethical shill for the extreme right-wing who has discovered that combining politics and business can enable one to grossly enrich yourself on the backs of the American taxpayer.

Take your dog and pony show elsewhere.

We’re building relationships and constructing long-term trade agreements with those we trust and who believe in collaboration, cooperation and joint interest.

Quid pro quo Howard.

“Acts non Verbal,” Howard.

That’s what matters. And American hubris is too impenetrable to see that is the case.

But Canadians can see it, — and we don’t want any part of it.
