Clairvoyance is not required. The detritus of what was once a great nation, now reduced to a hateful, angry and malicious power, slowly dying, is what the current King of Fools resides over.
The longer his visage clouds vision. The longer his hubris destroys intelligent action, the faster the corrosion, the deeper the rot.
America has become a decadent, eroding shell of its former self, led by characters that could be from a Tolkien novel.
Gollum, it goes without saying is a pitiful, hateful, shrew of a life form, slowly decaying in front of our eyes, from the inside out. No amount of ‘agent orange’ will refresh that visage of bruised, necrotic flesh.
And yet, America pretends that its “shining city on the hill” still exists.
No more.
Ronald wouldn’t care to recognize the Grand Old Party today. The party of pathological lies, corruption, dishonour and greed, centred on one criminal family of depraved sociopaths.
That city is now a corrupt, malignant place today. One where might rules over right, greed over good, callousness over empathy, and lies over all.
Hate, willful, ugly, ignorant hate, is what drives America today, and it is what will totally consume it, from the inside out.
Xenophobia, greed and Christian hate rule America.
The world has seen enough, and is planning strategically for a complete rupture with the past.
America alone, is what will exist.
Consumed by greed, it will eat itself to death. Morbid greed, so entrenched that another character, JABA the trump is more emblematic of America today.
Jaba competes on a daily basis with Gollum, and both are thriving within the diseased carcass.

Americans who do not support the existing criminal authoritarian regime would do well to give it a perusal.
For the world, upon Jaba’s demise, will not beat a door back to a nation that it cannot trust.
The showdown that is coming for America vis-a-vis China will not go well for a nation, alone, without allies, friends or trade partners, — yet that is exactly where America will find itself.
Europe will not align with the United States, nor will Canada, Australia, NZ, the Republic of Korea, Japan or the United Kingdom.
As Klein and Freidman noted in Dowell’s article;
Instead of America being great again, Trump has managed to leave America isolated from the new global economic alignment that Mark Carney at Davos alluded to the creation of.
Dowell’s following statement sums up what the future will entail for America.
“The presidency no longer serves the country. It serves the narcissistic fantasies of a single, emotionally stunted individual whose primary interest is his and his family’s personal wealth.”
And all this was determined before Americas ‘excursion’ into war with Iran, and the further damage that this has done to the resolve of any of the west’s nations to be in the least interested in following America into the abyss of its own making.
Goodbye America.
I suppose all good things come to an end. Surely all bad things do as well, yet the future portends much worse for America’s future, before that transpires.
Trump’s hubris and America’s arrogance has led to a path no one else wants to take.
The path, truly less travelled, and rightly so.
