The U.S. has increasing shown that it may well not protect the EU should Russia attack. Increasingly the EU, the U.K., Canada, Australia and the other members of the willing coalition against Russian aggression in Ukraine are coming to the conclusion that the U.S. may well be an impediment to NATO functioning, primarily due to Trump’s mercurial, arrogant and ignorant actions.
