Harley Davidson News from StockAnalysis.com

December 15th, 2023 was an auspicious day for Harley Davidson as its Net Worth or Market Cap was released by StockAnalysis.com. The news was not good. Harley Davidson has a market cap or net worth of 4.94 billion as of December 15th, 2023. Its market cap decreased by -27.07% in just one year.

On January 11th of 2023, Jochen Zeitz stated that due to declining sales, the aging demographic of buyers, that Harley is in a process of reinvention. Harley Davison has left some key international markets, and as previously mentioned in the former article, run into a buzzsaw in relation to its Livewire product.

Having said that, Harley is looking forward to the release of a new electric bike, the S2 Del Mar. I’ll have more on that on the upcoming post.

One thing is very clear in that the EVO-X as it will be known will only be a stopgap measure as Harley is now committed to a shift to electric motorcycles, innovation, and sustainability.

Harley Davidson's financial woes prevail.

Personally, I hope Harley Davidson finds success with its new engine designs, and that younger motorcycle buyers see value in the purchase of a Harley Davidson.

The gamble, however, is huge. Electric motorcycles are not what the present purchaser of Harley Davidson are in favour of or apparently, want. But time will tell. Harley Davidson knew it had to change its model, as the existing sales projections for its historical line of engines and models was less than stellar. Hopefully those who have eschewed the purchase of Harley Davidson in the past will come back for another look when the release of the full line of Harley’s new electric entries into the marketplace is formalized.

Please read the “Video” statement. It specifically addresses the issue of video misrepresentation and how this blog will deal with misinformation and disinformaiton in the future. Thanks for coming.
