Trump’s real agenda is to create an autocracy. Meanwhile he has the world jumping through hoops, while in the background the real agenda is being worked.
Getting rid of the Judge Advocate Generals office enables Trump to install military sycophants into positions of power in the U.S.
He has already dismantled the Supreme Court who now all sit in his breast pocket. Having accomplished the same for the military ensures that when his planned illegalities take place, there is no institutional way to deal with it.
Now Hegseth wants to dismantle the rules of war.
This week in Military.com, an article by Thomas Novelly and Konstantinos Toropin outlines that fear that now exists in relation to losing the legal guardrails for the military.
“Current military lawyers and legal experts told Military.com the administration’s firings of the Air Force, Army and Navy‘s top judge advocates general politicizes and sets an alarming precedent for a crucial job in the military, all as President Donald Trump has mused about using the military in unorthodox and potentially illegal ways.
Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced late Friday evening the firings of the top legal officers for the military services — those responsible for ensuring the Uniform Code of Military Justice is followed by commanders — as well as the Joint Chiefs chairman, the Navy’s top officer and Air Force vice chief.”
On Monday, Hegseth stated the following;
“Hegseth told reporters Monday that the removals were necessary because he didn’t want them to pose any “roadblocks to orders that are given by a commander in chief.”
The only thing Trump hasn’t done is pass out the playbook on the streets.
It is totally being done in front of America’s eyes in broad daylight.
Last Friday, General CQ Brown, who was the serving Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff stated;
“What frightens me even more is the removal of three judge advocates general, the most senior uniformed legal authorities in the Defense Department,” Kendall wrote. “Their removal is one more element of this administration’s attack on the rule of law, and an especially disturbing part.”
And now, Trump intends to allow the U.S. military to intervene within the U.S.
“The defense secretary didn’t elaborate on what specific orders the military’s top lawyers could potentially try to block, but Trump has a history of saying he wants to use troops to enforce federal laws, especially in cities run by Democratic mayors.
America is one step away from martial law, and military rule in America.
Trump will now find a reason to institute martial law, by manufacturing a situation to enable it.
And once that occurs, Americans will have no rights and no mechanism to stop Trump.
Meanwhile, he has the world jumping through hoops like a circus act, while in the background the groundwork has been set for an autocrat to seize power for life.
Canada had best pay attention and militarize, now, because the U.S. military will act to invade Canada if Trump is successful.
And then the lights of democracy will all go out.
