Scumbag America: You Disgust Us
The U.S. government released its “National Security Strategy” in November.
I suppose that also includes the U.S. military being free to kill civilians from other nations, extrajudicially, without any proof of a crime being committed. ‘They’, whomever ‘they’ were, were murdered by the U.S. military simply because they were in a boat leaving the coast of Venezuela. That’s sufficient cause for this administration to ‘kill them’.
It’s actually hard to comprehend how criminal the United States has become. Any crime, any criminal act, any larceny, any lie, — is all part of ‘governance’ under this administration.
As for the new “National Security Strategy”, on page one of Trump’s introduction, – actually reads more like a Saturday Night skit than anything to do with facts or what might constitute National Strategy.
“No administration in history has achieved so dramatic a turnaround in so short a time.”
Absolutely true. From a nation that once had respect, allies, a rule of law, democratic institutions, an environmental policy, a national health policy, some semblance of a plan on how it would manage to pay down the national debt, — to a nation completely devoid of any of these attributes, Trump has truly achieved a ‘dramatic turnaround’.
It might as well read, “To extort or subjugate any foreign nation for profit by the American people”.
America deserves to collapse.
And yes, the demise of the United States as a democracy absolutely began on Trump’s first day in office.
America has never appeared weaker, more insular, more fearful and xenophobic than it has in the last eleven months.
Racism is rife in the United States, as immigrants and non-white Americans hide from ICE, the new American Gestapo.
Meanwhile, Trump has been taking credit for ending wars, which essentially continue unabated, while supporting genocide in Gaza and planning an invasion of Venezuela in order to steal its resources.
America’s national security strategy is one devoid of any form of security. America has never been more exposed to loss from debt, its own ignorance, arrogance or the interminable lies that it continues to tell.
The U.S., opposite to what it suggests are facts, is quickly losing any and all credibility with its former allies, friends and neighbours.
Extortion has become America’s stock in trade, and now the U.S. is formalizing its intent to steal from its neighbours.
What is the difference between Russia and the United States today?
There is none.
America is on the cusp of financial ruin, with debt so excessive that interest on the debt takes more out of the U.S. treasury than does the military itself.
Trump’s ludicrous assertions about the U.S. taking control of its borders has amounted to deporting the vast majority of immigrants who were actually performing the work that most Americans will never do.
Farms, factories, dairies, domestic employment, are all imploding due to a lack of labour willing to work long hours for minimum wage. Fruit rots on the trees and vegetables remain rotting in the fields.
His ‘most robust industrial base’ is on the verge of collapse, with attempts at on-shoring industries from the 1950 resulting in damaged supply chains, plant closures and the goods they manufacture being at least 35% more expensive for the same or lesser product than it produced prior to Trump’s intervention.
Good on yah America.
America’s once major advantage in science and advanced education has, and is, being systematically dismantled while the best and the brightest flee America.
As for America asserting itself on neighbouring nations, both Canada and Mexico want nothing to do with the U.S. Both are in the process of diversification of trade and in reducing shipments of what America requires as fast as possible. In Canada’s case that includes strategic metals, minerals, oil, potash, lumber, aluminum and steel, along with electrical power and its distribution.
Trump’s new document seems to suggest that America will ‘take’ whatever it deems necessary, adding illogically that because the U.S. is the strongest force in the hemisphere that it has that right.
Where the fuck does America get this level of arrogance and ignorance?
You do not have the right to access Canadian sovereign territory or steal Canadian resources. You have no right of access to Canadian territory in the Arctic. In fact, Canada will maintain sovereign control and only allow access to its territory as it sees fit.
America has no right of access.
And should America decide to ‘take’ Canadian territory it will find that asynchronous warfare will take a severe toll inside the United States of America, since policing a 5500 mile porous border with people who look and act exactly like you will be a nightmare.
America’s porous democracy was ripped open by 10 foreign nationals in 2001. Can you even imagine what millions of ‘terrorists’, intelligent, capable, trained and well-resourced might do to America’s infrastructure, ports, airports, railways, etc?
If American greed gets to a point where it threatens Canada with invasion, America will pay the most severe price imaginable.
America: A Future Devoid of Friends or Allies
America’s tariffs, while damaging its neighbours and the global economy will not be successful in forcing its neighbours to capitulate economically. Instead it guarantees that those former friends and allies will move completely out of America’s sphere of influence, economically, militarily and politically.
Canadians are so affronted by America’s boorish attempts at extortion that the vast majority of Canadians will never actually visit the U.S, again.
America is destined to find itself alone, which is exactly what Trump claimed to want when he came to power. Americans will find themselves isolated economically with the majority of the world’s western powers trading exclusively with each other and developing new free trade relationships devoid of U.S. interference.
And on top of all of this, the U.S. is going to lose the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.
In short order, American treasuries will be dumped by virtually the whole world, something that has already started with Japan. The rest of the world will follow, causing inflation to rise, rates to rise, and America losing tens of billions to the funding of America’s soon to be 42 billion dollar debt by 2028.
America is no friend, ally or trusted neighbour. Instead it has become an international pariah run by a sociopathic autocrat and kleptocrat. America is the polar opposite of what other western nations want.
America’s isolationism and protectionism will, after America collapses, almost preclude itself from recovery for a generation.
And just wait until America’s water resources deplete due to climate change and the U.S. dependency on aquifers that will in short order run dry.
And you know what?
The rest of us in the west, won’t give a damn. We’ll trade with each other and develop a security environment that does not include the U.S.
In fact, America will likely be asked to close its bases in all western countries and remove its forces. Without influence, without a stable economy and without any trust in America from its former allies and friends, America will find itself alone.
So be it.
