These days in the United States of America, it seems that the voices of reason are not just muted, but silenced. As America spins further and further out of control, it has become obvious that those who reason, who believe in rationality and logic are almost nowhere to be found.
America, as I knew it, has slipped below the surface of a very angry sea.
Americans, by and large, no longer seem to care about the perception of the world’s peoples. They initiate actions that simply do harm or are involved in self-indulgence without any concern for those they hurt, damage or ultimately destroy.
The world, is watching in horror as America uses its irrationality as logic for its actions. Over the last year the United States of America has simply proven that absolute power corrupts, absolutely.
Humanity, to America, is simply for its exploitation. Coercion, threats and outright military intervention is all that America is willing to offer the world.
And because of it, the world is beating a path, away.
Iran
America’s intervention in Iran, is not meant for the benefit of Iranians. It is meant to mollify the Israelis and to simply install another puppet government run by an American sycophant of the current fascist regime in Washington.
There is zero proof that Iran was building a bomb. But that convenient fiction fuelled the rationale for its destruction, no different than that of Iraq.
Were its leaders sociopathic murderers? Absolutely. But the United States and Israel are as well.
Finding the ‘lesser evil’ is a fool’s errand.
America doesn’t care if you don’t like its actions. So what? As nothing more than nuclear bullies, both America and Israel now threaten, extort or simply murder those they disagree with.
And what are is the world going to do about it?
All that it can.
America has decided that it will, at least until fossil fuels are exhausted on this planet, either maintain control or create control of the resource, meanwhile eschewing green energy solutions, climate change and environmental destruction.
America now, like an evil ogre, pounds around the globe, clubbing anyone or anything that stands in its way.
The sociopathic leader of America, has neither the intelligence nor the ability to discern or be truthful. His actions are always zero-sum calculations of how the kleptocrats and plutocrats in America can profit from the theft of the assets of other people, other nations, anywhere.
His tariff regime was designed to create a ‘court’ where supplicants come to offer their homage to the King, in return for lesser pain, smaller instalments of ‘theft’, to be rectified incrementally at a later date.
In relation to Iran, it is yet but another source of wealth for America to extract, to be drained into American refineries, sold to the highest bidder at the most exorbitant price possible; its funds to then be deposited into petro-banks in Qatar or Dubai for Trump and his family of thieves to syphon off as he sees fit.
The Rubes
Americans are the ones paying the price. The national debt is heading into the stratosphere, and American influence is dying, around the globe. Fear of America has replaced respect for America. It has become a narcissistic, hate-filled, untrustworthy and vile nation intent on now stealing the resources of any country that cannot stand up to either an economic attack or should that fail, a military one.
The American public are thrown a trifle in order to keep them compliant, while Trump and the GOP, the Grand Old Phoneys, use lies, pretence and feigned indignation to suggest ‘they’ are not at fault. Meanwhile they give themselves and the .01% massive tax breaks while taking away medical coverage and social protections that grossly affect the health, security and futures of the majority of Americans who fall below the top 10% in wealth.
At the same time, America goes to war, killing in order to hide the guilt of a rapist and his fellow perverts, while four and a half million pages of ‘proof’ lies hidden or ‘redacted’, never to see the light of day.
Well America, it’s obvious that beatings will continue until morale improves.
You have three more years of this coming.
We, outside the US, wish you well, but let’s face it. That’s unlikely.
Living under the roof of a sociopath, convicted rapist, kleptocrat and xenophobic thief likely won’t serve you well.
I’d recommend a big deadbolt for the door.
As for the rest of us?
We’re trying to get as far away from America as possible.
