Impressive statesmanship America. First you help the invader, then you attempt to extort the country being invaded, and when that doesn’t work, you state, like the threat to democracy that you are, to go home and let the bully succeed.
Impressive, truly like a useless rogue state, that you now are.
You’re not a world power, you’re a kleptocracy supporting fascists and dictators around the world.
Maybe the best thing that can happen in this world is for the U.S., to isolate itself.
Maybe like medical doctors, America should take the equivalent of the hyppocratic oath, and;
“Do No Harm”.
Because what America is now doing is of no value.
It supports aggressors and fascist right-wing states.
It threatens neighbours, former-allies, democracies and countries once friendly to America.
It uses ‘extortion’ as a tool to wantonly steal from other countries, and tariffs to support that intention.
America, doesn’t deserve to lead, anything, — except former democracies that are now becoming fascist states.
Trump and his ilk are parasites scouring the landscape to steal whatever can be found.
While the timing, to be honest, sucks in relation to the global economy, democracies need to stand up and be counted, sticking together through trade, military cooperation and geopolitical alliances diplomatically on the world stage.
America is no friend to democracy. It is no ally as it supports Putin and Russian expansionism.
Rubio, this morning, might as well have said;
“If you succumb to pressure, then good, we can bring an unjust end to this war. But if you don’t, we’re going to give the green light to Russia to use all measures to take over Ukraine.”
America isn’t an honest broker, it’s a unjust arbiter that believes in ‘zero-sum’ outcomes where aggressors succeed and democracies fail.
I think it’s time to tell America to either help Ukraine, or go home, and should that fail tell America to leave.
Ukraine can expect no help from this administration. Their intent is to enable Russia, not stand up to it.
Go home, leave NATO and get your ass whooped by China, — because through your ignorance and arrogance, that’s in the cards as well.
America today is an international threat to global stability. It wants hegemony and to deal illicitly and nefariously with other nations.
The “Art of the Steal” is Trump’s entire agenda.
It isn’t about accomplishing anything for America, except self-enrichment and maintaining power. Because with power, comes opportunity, and the ability to formulate mechanisms to steal and extort others to the benefit of Trump, and his billionaire oligarchs.
America is not a democracy anymore. That’s more than obvious.
America is a full-fledged kleptocracy, and the plan to extort wealth and maintain power is all that matters.
I will go so far as to predict that America will not come to the aid of Taiwan.
In the interim, Trump wants Taiwan to provide all of its semiconductor and technology expertise to America and to move their technology and plant to the United States.
Once that is done, Trump will abandon Taiwan and attempt to extort Taiwan’s wealth in America.
He is such a inhuman wretch, I wouldn’t be surprised if he deported asians to China.
For Trump, this is ‘reshoring’ in Trumpese. Steal what you can. Extort what you can’t, and then move on like the global parasite America is becoming.
It’s time to forget America.
It’s time to defend against America, both militarily and economically.
It’s time to create new organizations designed to bolster democracy and stand up to dictators like Trump and Putin.
Because it’s becoming obvious that Americans won’t.
The world is in a precarious place, and America has made it even more dangerous every day.
Leaving America’s sphere of influence is the only option.
We don’t deal with fascist traitors to democracy.
But now, this “IS” America.
